Bill has had extensive experience both selling houses and undertaking market appraisals now for over 25 years now, having been involved with the sale of literally hundreds and hundreds of properties in the Pembrokeshire, Ceredigion and Carmarthenshire areas over that period. Bill previously worked within the Lloyds Banking Group and as a Derivatives Trader prior to entering the estate agency world. Diana Chandler
Senior Manager
Diana is incredibly well organised and also has huge experience in the estate agency world, having been involved personally with the sale of hundreds of houses over the last 15 years or so. Diana previously worked as Secretary to the Chief Constable of Dyfed Powys Police and before that at IBM. It is fair to say that what Diana doesn’t know about the house selling and buying process is not worth knowing and has progressed many a difficult sale through to completion that would otherwise have fallen through…its that kind of personal service that separates this firm from numerous others that hardly bother at all with progressing the house sale through to completion after a sale has been agreed. Hannah Chandler
Assistant Manager
Hannah recently qualified to undertake the mandatory EPC’s (Energy Performance Certificates) for this firm that all (with some exceptions) properties need when they are marketed in the UK. Hannah is our Assistant Manager who deals with all the general affairs of running a successful estate agency office. Previously at Pembrokeshire College, Hannah is now looking forward to building on her experience at housesforsaleinwales.co.uk in the future and has proven to be a popular and very efficient member of the team.
Holly Chandler
Trainee Manager
Holly is the newest member of our team, joining us in the summer of 2021 following a successful completion of a 2-year course studying for a BTEC National Extended Diploma in Business Finance & Marketing together with Level 2 Book-keeping at Carmarthen College which she passed with flying colours. As our trainee, she is already increasing her knowledge base and is thoroughly enjoying helping both house buyers and sellers in finding their perfect home and is proving to be a popular member of the team and we’re confident that she has a great future looking after her clients throughout the West Wales area in the years to come.
