From Newcastle Emlyn take the A475 towards Lampeter for 12 miles, go straight over the crossroads at Horeb, through Prengwyn and Rhydowen into Cwmsychpant. In Cwmcychpant turn right in the middle of the village (next to a red telephone box and a bus stop). Continue along this road for 1.5 miles into the village of Brynteg. At the T Junction turn left signposted towards Drefach. Continue along this road for half a mile, leaving the village of Brynteg and the track to Llechwedd-Hen is on the right hand side. There is a white property called 'Llechwedd' at the entrance to the track.
