The Cych Valley has been famous for a thousand years in the Welsh legend, the "Mabinogion". This tells of magical events by the River Cych. From Newcastle Emlyn, take the A484 towards Cardigan. When you reach Cenarth, turn left onto the B4232 towards Boncath.
