The light blue section is owned by the next door neighbour but Y Nyth has a right of access from the highway to park in the two parking spaces provided.
In verbal discussions on 24.11.21 with the next door neighbour (who is very amenable by the way) the neighbour has indicated that in principle he would be willing to sell off part of the area around the two parking spaces to the new owner in order to simplify the current arrangement for the benefit of both parties. We would suggest that the new owner make contact upon completion if this were of interest.
