There are lawned gardens to the rear and side of the main farmhouse, the house and outbuildings are set well back from the highway so you have complete privacy.
Most of the outbuildings are clustered near the farmhouse but several others are dotted around the fields, some with high net fencing as previously our client used to keep domestic fowl onsite.
There are numerous outbuildings some constructed of stone and some of timber. We are advised by our client that planning was in place (now expired) to convert one of the Barns so please make your own enquiries with Ceredigion County Council if this were of interest.
Pictures of most of the outbuildings are shown on the details but not all of them.
The land amounts to around 38 acres and completely surround the house and outbuildings. A long access track takes you from the highway to the house and outbuildings. The land is split into paddocks with a combination of natural hedging and stock fencing.
The quality of some of the land could be improved as some paddocks that have not been let to local farmers have become somewhat overgrown, however they are generally flat/gently sloping in nature.
There are also two large fenced ponds which were once used to house ducks etc.
