From Carmarthen take the A40 west bound for 3.5 miles and then turn right sign posted towards Meidrim B4298. Continue for a couple of hundred yards and turn right again towards Meidrim. Continue for 4 miles go through the village of Meidrim, over the river bridge and stay on the B road (do not go up the ramp road). Follow this road for half a mile and you will find Min Yr Afon on the right hand side on the road.
