Pandy village is about a 15 minute drive from the County town of Carmarthen which has schools, good shopping facilities and access out onto the main A40 and the M4 beyond.

In all there is just under 2.5 acres of pastureland and woodland with off street parking onsite. There is a river boundary to the far side with numerous brown trout (not really big enough to eat though) with various pool areas along its length.
There is a mixture of mature and semi mature woodland all around the land with gated access off the highway.
There is a further small piece of sloping woodland across the lane (see picture of land plan attached)
Although being on the edge of the small hamlet of Pandy there is a high degree of privacy to be enjoyed and on the day of our visit the skies were blue and the birds were singing.......gorgeous !!
